Yesterday, I wrote about Alzheimer’s Disease. Today it is Dementia UK.

The charity is suggesting that fans walk to any random game this season to raise much-needed funds for the organisation.

During the course of 90 minutes, 30 people in the UK will develop dementia.

Walk to a football stadium this season. Raise funds to make a difference to families affected by dementia.

So far, just short of 2000 fans have registered but there is room for thousands more.

We’re calling on football fans across the UK to sign up for Fans vs Dementia and organise a football-based walk this season. You could walk to your home ground, an away ground or between two stadiums. You choose the date. You choose the route.
