Get fit, feel good, and help tackle bowel cancer.
This is your challenge. Whatever your ability, do it your way.
You can split the miles into just over 2 a day, or do your runs with six days on, one day off, or save them all up for long runs at the weekend or before England match days – however you do it, you’re powering progress.

Join the community
If you’d like to, you can join the challenge Facebook group. Meet fellow runners, ask questions, and keep your motivation high.
